turn off internet connection
insert Window 7 disk
Turn on your computer
Press any key when prompted (follow the instructions that appear)
click "install now"
click "do not get latest update"
accept license
click "custom"
click "partition" (you can format partition and install new window)
click "next"
(new window in formatting...computer will restart at this rate(just leave it until it finish the formatting)
When it finished formatting, click "Next"
follow the instructions to finish installing Windows 7, which include naming your computer and setting up an initial user account
